Each program is intended for children entering grades 3 - 6 and emphasizes robotics as the technology aspect of STEAM education. The participants will create a functioning prototype of technology that will accomplish a specific task. Specific dates and times can be found on the calendar

Level 1: Mountain Climbing

Discover what is on top of Enigma Mountain.  You were talking with your friends about the local legend that exists on top of Enigma Mountain. Was it radioactive material, poisonous plants or an undiscovered group of people living quietly on Enigma Mountain. Maybe your best friend is right and aliens are hiding an ancient robot deep in the mountain. Regardless of what it may be, you know that when things stay up there to long they don't come back the same. This level covers basic robot movements and sensors. ($100 per child, 7 hours per day Monday - Friday)

Level 2: Bet The Farm

The family needs your help to save the farm. The cost of running the farm has become too great. You have been asked to help reduce the farm's operating costs. Your family grows various types of food and raises a variety of animals so be ready to help them work smarter not harder. This level covers robot multitasking and additional sensors. ($100 per child, 7 hours per day Monday - Friday)

Level 3: Testing The Limits

Based on your work at Enigma Mountain and Farmer Ben's farm, you have been asked to help the research and development department of Unlimited Robotics. They are trying to test the limits of different motors and parts. This level covers mechanical advantage and physical limits of the robot. ($100 per child, 7 hours per day Monday - Friday)

Level 4: Let The Games Begin!!!

The final module is the ultimate test of the participant's creativity. They will analyze games and challenges. They will then create a game or challenge for the other participants. ($100 per child, 7 hours per day Monday - Friday)

Build your own computer

This camp gives your child the opportunity to build their own Kano Computer. They will learn about the parts of a computer and how they work together. They will also be able make games, art, and music as part of the Kano community. The best part is taking the computer home when the camp ends. ($300 for computer and monitor, $200 for only computer.)
